Your duties will include producing reports and dashboards to communicate trends within data to stakeholders, collaborating with clients to identify their needs and requirements, and working with different data sources to extract insights and identify potential metrics and KPIs. \nIf you are a data-driven individual with a passion for analyzing data and extracting insights, we encourage you to apply.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nDefine, calculate, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.\n\nDevelop standardized reporting templates for key metrics and insights.\n\nDevelop dashboards and reports to visualize and track progress against established goals, while also ensuring data consistency and comparability.\n\nCreate clear and compelling data visualizations using KODE’s internal BI tool, with similar functionalities to Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. \n\nCreate data transformation pipelines using SQL engines. \n\nDevelop and implement processes to standardize data sets, KPIs, and metrics across different systems and platforms.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.\n\nAnalyze and effectively communicate insights, trends and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.\n\nDevelop and implement statistical models to predict future outcomes and support decision-making.\n\nRequirements\n2-3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or similar role \n\nStrong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis\n\nExperience with Python for data analysis and automation (preferred)\n\nProven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio\n\nUnderstanding of data analysis methodologies and techniques\n\nAbility to work independently and proactively solve for problems\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\nExperience or strong interest in real estate technologies and operations, with the ability to translate industry insights into impactful data visualizations for end users\n\nAbility to craft compelling narratives through data, using intuitive visualizations to communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences\n\nBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary based on experience \n\nDiscretionary Bonus Program \n\nCareer Development Program\n\nComprehensive Health Insurance Package\n\nDynamic team and challenging projects \n\nFlexible Paid Time Off \n\nWelcoming and friendly work environment \n\nRegular social events and activities\n\nJOIN THE TEAM:\nKODE Labs is a real estate technology company founded in 2017 with a mission to change the way people, buildings and systems operate.
