You will work closely with customers, partners, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Experience to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable integrations.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nOwn the roadmap for APIs, connectors, partner integrations, and platform interoperability.\n\nMeet with customers and partners to understand integration needs and validate priorities.\n\nPrioritize opportunities based on customer demand, business value, effort, and scalability.\n\nDefine requirements for authentication, data mapping, synchronization, error handling, security, and monitoring.\n\nPartner with Engineering to improve integration reliability and the developer experience.\n\nSupport strategic accounts and complex customer integrations.\n\nPartner with Technical Writing on API documentation and implementation guides.\n\nDefine and track KPIs such as adoption, implementation time, reliability, and support volume.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of Product Management experience building B2B software or SaaS products.\n\nExperience owning APIs, enterprise integrations, connectors, or developer-facing products.\n\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data synchronization.\n\nAbility to translate technical requirements into clear customer outcomes.\n\nStrong discovery, prioritization, and communication skills.\n\nExperience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Experience.\n\nNICE-TO-HAVES\nExperience with API-first platforms or integration marketplaces.\n\nExperience with IoT, connected devices, or data-heavy enterprise products.\n\nFamiliarity with BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, or similar protocols.\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary based on experience \n\nDiscretionary Bonus Program \n\nCareer Development Program and opportunities to grow within the company \n\nFlexible Paid Time Off\n\nComprehensive Health Insurance Package \n\nDynamic team and challenging projects \n\nCustom-tailored onboarding experience \n\nWelcoming and friendly work environment \n\nSocial events and team activities\n\nJOIN THE TEAM\nKODE Labs is a real estate technology company founded in 2017 with a mission to change the way people, buildings, and systems operate.
