As a Product Manager, you own the value and viability of outcomes in a complex product area. You drive discovery first. You lead with influence. You measure success by outcomes, not output. \nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\n\nDefine clear goals and success metrics, and align teams and partners.\n\nMeet customers weekly, validate value and viability before delivery, and share insights.\n\nMaintain a living 12-month roadmap and adjust priorities based on demand and company strategy.\n\nWrite crisp problem statements, desired outcomes, and requirements, and co-define risks and scope with Engineering.\n\nKeep work dev-ready, clarify requirements, and triage issues across features, bugs, and security.\n\nPartner with Product Marketing and Technical Writing on briefs, messaging, and user documentation.\n\nDefine KPIs, ship, measure, review, and iterate.\n\nJoin key customer conversations and support accounts and complex deployments.\n\nCollaborate daily with Design and a Tech Lead across discovery and delivery.\n\nDemonstrate independence and pragmatism. Act decisively with a bias for action. Clearly communicate trade-offs.\n\nYou will communicate transparently, identify risks early, and escalate promptly when strategy, revenue, security, or reputation is at risk.\n\nYou will keep the Product Offering, timelines, PRDs, and KPI dashboards current.\n\nYou are smart, creative, and persistent with deep curiosity and a missionary mindset.\n\nYou lead through influence, you handle ambiguity well and prioritize crisply.\nRequirements\n5+ years as a Product Manager building software products.\n\nStrong technical literacy. You understand how software is designed, developed, and released.\n\nDepth in continuous discovery. You run interviews, prototyping, and testing. You make go/no-go calls with evidence.\n\nExcellent communication at all levels. You use clear, simple language.\n\nData-informed decision making.
