To do that, we depend on our team of talented, ambitious people who share our passion for excellence. \nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nImplement KODE OS smart building platform at new sites by integrating the technologies available in the building such as HVAC, Lighting, Fire, Indoor Air Quality, and more\n\nFocus on data normalization and data model of HVAC equipment to build a proper structure of heating/cooling for each building that is deployed on KODE OS\n\nUtilize detailed analysis of HVAC sequence of operations and controls data to assess what type of relevant diagnostics and information can be executed for the building\n\nImplement advanced features that allow for diagnostics and insights into a building’s HVAC, such as reports, visualizations, alarms and functional tests\n\nAdvise and assess IT network infrastructures for HVAC data communication\n\nCollaborate with project managers to provide technical assistance and documentation consisting of above tasks\n\nRequirements\nHVAC Controls background or HVAC experience\n\nExperience in fields related to mechanical, or civil engineering \n\nAbility to write and communicate in English fluently \n\nBe excited and interested in building systems and building technology \n\nAbility to handle multiple projects from concept through execution, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality\n\nExcellent multitasking, attention to detail and organizational skills\n\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or other related field \n\nGOOD TO HAVE:\nCommercial real estate project experience \n\nExperience in real estate energy consumption and modeling\n\nExperience working with building management systems and commercial level HVAC controls\n\nKnowledge of and experience with industry communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON)\n\nKnowledge of IT network infrastructure\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive salary based on experience \n\nDiscretionary Bonus Program \n\nFully-covered health insurance \n\nCareer Development Program \n\nDynamic team and challenging projects \n\nFlexible Paid Time Off \n\nWelcoming and friendly work environment \n\nRegular social events and activities \n\nJOIN THE TEAM:\nKODE Labs is a real estate technology company founded in 2017 with a mission to change the way people, buildings and systems operate.
