As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual direction of our smart building management platform, used by clients around the world. You will design intuitive and engaging interfaces that simplify complex data and workflows, helping clients easily navigate and manage their buildings. \nYou will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into thoughtful, high-quality designs that elevate how our platform is used every day.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nLead and execute the full design lifecycle-from initial concept and research to high-fidelity design and final handoff to engineering\n\nTranslate product requirements into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished design solutions\n\nConduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to validate and iterate on design decisions\n\nDevelop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across the platform\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with product strategy\n\nPresent concepts, design rationales, and deliverables to peers, product leadership, and executive stakeholders\n\nAdvocate for user-centered design principles and help elevate overall product quality through thoughtful UX practices\n\nSupport product releases by providing assets, specifications, and continuous iteration based on user feedback and analytics\n\nStay up to date with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and introduce improvements where relevant\n\nRequirements\n2+ years of professional experience working as a UI/UX Designer (experience designing for SaaS platforms, dashboards, or mobile apps is a strong advantage)\n\nA strong, demonstrable portfolio that highlights end-to-end design processes, visual design skills, and problem-solving capabilities\n\nSolid experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, storyboards, and sitemaps\n\nProficiency in Figma and other visual design as well as wire-framing tools\n\nExperience working with or contributing to design systems and reusable UI component libraries\n\nUnderstanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for rapid prototyping is considered a plus\n\nExperience working within an Agile, Scrum, or Kanban product development environment\n\nStrong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and usability best practices\n\nAbility to analyze product requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly\n\nUp-to-date knowledge of the latest Web and Mobile UI trends, UX patterns, and emerging technologies\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary based on experience \n\nDiscretionary Bonus Program \n\nCareer Development Program and opportunities to grow within the company \n\nFlexible Paid Time Off\n\nComprehensive Health Insurance Package \n\nDynamic team and challenging projects \n\nCustom-tailored onboarding experience \n\nWelcoming and friendly work environment \n\nSocial events and team activities\n\nJOIN THE TEAM\nKODE Labs is a real estate technology company founded in 2017 with a mission to change the way people, buildings, and systems operate.
