clarifications, and communication between engineering teams, general contractors, and subcontractors.\nMonitor construction schedules, progress, quality, and safety compliance.\nConduct field inspections involving structural steel connections, bolting, and welding.\nIdentify and resolve construction conflicts, technical discrepancies, and quality concerns.\nSupport contractor oversight, project documentation, and progress reporting.\nRequired Qualifications\n5-10 years of structural steel construction, erection, or design review experience.\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\nStrong ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.\nExperience reviewing steel shop drawings, coordinating RFIs, and managing field construction activities.\nWorking knowledge of AISC 360, AISC 303, AWS D1.1, RCSC, and IBC standards.\nProficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience on large-scale commercial, industrial, semiconductor, or data center
