This position works closely with the QA/QC Construction Technology Manager to evaluate and implement emerging technologies that may benefit our client’s construction and design teams.\nCore Values\nThis position is expected to operate in alignment with our client’s workplace values:\nSafety: Makes the prevention of injuries and vehicle incidents a top priority.\nIntegrity: Demonstrates honesty and transparency in words and actions.\nEmpathy: Understands and appreciates the perspectives of customers and teammates.\n Urgency: Gives immediate attention to important tasks without compromising safety.\nEssential Functions\nMaintain strict adherence to all of our client’s safety rules, regulations, procedures, and practices.\nPromote our client’s “Courage to Care” message and serve as a positive example of safe work practices.\nLayout\nMark jobsite locations for underground services to be installed by the groundwork crew.\nPerform point layout on jobsites using robotic total stations to support the installation of anchors, sleeves, and other components.\nComplete production verification of installed systems when required.\nStay current with emerging technologies and review potential applications with the QA/QC Construction Technology Manager.\nDeliverables and Documentation\nUpload CSV files containing staked points to Dropbox for quality-control and as-built requirements.\nUpdate marked-up PDFs showing installed ductwork, piping, equipment, and other systems, and upload them to Dropbox for use in updating Liquid Cloud and Power BI.\nRequirements\nPossess prior experience working on a commercial construction site.\nAbility to review and understand contract drawings, shop drawings, and 3D models.\nDemonstrate proficiency with construction software, including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Field Link, and HCL.\nAbility to quickly learn and effectively use new technologies, including robotic total stations and GNSS receivers.\nPossess a high school diploma;
