The role works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and also helps develop and mentor junior team members.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may also be assigned.\nWorking directly with internal and external customers to gather a wide range of data elements from data sources at healthcare organizations\nApplying foundational knowledge of data management, analysis, visualization, validation, and integration concepts\nProvide product training for client end-users including client presentations\nAdvising clients and end users on how best to transform data into insightful financial and operating reporting\nCross functional collaboration including but not limited to the following teams: technical implementation, net revenue, reimbursement and revenue cycle\nDevelop and Train junior team members \nQualifications:\nMinimum 5 years of functional consulting experience\nBachelor's Degree required\nExperience supporting data-driven implementation projects, preferably within healthcare organizations, including patient accounting systemssuch as Epic or Cerner\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills\nSelf-motivated, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, navigates ambiguity effectively, and has a basic understanding of healthcare finance\nExperience withBI tools, Snowflake, and SQL preferredand Advanced Excel skills
