Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.\nIn this role, you will:\nParticipate in the design, development, and testing of AV power system equipment, encompassing hardware and component selection, PCB design, and system-level integration and testing\nCollaborate, communicate, and coordinate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, encompassing both engineering and non-engineering disciplines\nCarry out assigned tasks under the guidance and supervision of senior engineers, engineering managers, and project engineers\nAccountable for executing and completing small-scale scopes of work, ensuring alignment with project constraints such as quality, schedule, and cost\nCreate technical presentations and effectively communicate your work efforts to colleagues and stakeholders\nGenerate Electrical wiring diagrams/tables, models, simulations and schematics\nGather, process, and analyze extensive datasets to inform and support decision-making\nWhat you’ll bring:\nPursuing a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.\nKnowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, and control systems.\nExperience with Altium or Cadence is preferred.\nExposure to I2C, SPI, CANbus, or battery systems is a plus.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\nInternship Program Details:\nStart Date: January 2027\nOur internship program is 12-16 weeks; the end date is flexible based on individual needs.\nLocation: Mountain View, CA.\nHousing: Interns are responsible for housing.\nWhat we offer:\nA fast-paced environment where we work with talented, committed, and supportive teammates.\nCompetitive pay.\nExcellent medical, dental, and vision benefits. \nA beautiful facility in Mountain View.\nWe love our dogs, so we are a dog-friendly office!\nFree catered lunch.\nThe pay range listed below reflects the base salary in our SF/Silicon Valley location, across several internal levels.
