With a focus on continuous improvement and professional growth, our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results that make a difference in the healthcare industry.\nYOU WILL\nAs a Healthcare Implementation Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for working with external and internal customers to gather a wide range of data elements from data sources at healthcare organizations. This individual will work with multiple teams across Kodiak Solutions, including but not limited to, technical implementation, implementation analysts, net revenue specialists, reimbursement specialists, and revenue cycle specialists.\nYou will participate in product training for client end-users. You will be able to leverage your strong client presentation skills, critical thinking skills, a solid understanding of data and technology and will have demonstrate expertise and experience in the healthcare industry.\nFinally, you will develop and train junior team members. Our projects are fast-paced and facilitated in a collaborative team atmosphere.
