This is a great opportunity for an individual with expert knowledge of video editing high value productions. The Assistant Video Editor will be collaborating with the remote freelance and in-house team of Editors, Directors and Producers in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with adult entertainment content.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nIngest and organize assigned 4K raw footage and video assets.\n\nCreate project files for a team of editors per post-production guidelines in a timely manner within various programs, including but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro.\n\nSync and organize all footage and audio assets.\n\nWork closely with the Post Production Manager to ensure deadlines are met.\n\nPrepare sequences edited in Premiere for transfer to Davinci Resolve for our colorists via XML\n\nImport colored video back into Premiere once colored\n\nAssist in any editing capacity as needed, including but not limited to motion graphics work and audio editing.\n\nCollaborate with Post Production Manager for special projects and to improve departmental workflows.\n\nQuality control check before and after final exports are completed.\n\nTroubleshoot technical issues within Premiere Pro and other various softwares.\n\nExport finalized projects according to specs.\n\nAssist in project archiving preparation\n\nRequirements\nAt least 3 years of experience video editing within Adobe Premiere Pro.\n\nWorking knowledge of Davinci Resolve\n\nExcellent communication skills and attention to detail.\n\nExcellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.\n\nUsed to working in a fast paced
