processes by addressing technical and operational challenges, conducting training sessions, and ensuring clients maximise the value of Kody’s products.\nPrevious experience of engaging with retail, food and beverage or hospitality sectors is a bonus.\nRequirements\n5-10 years of experience managing enterprise level key accounts (B2B) in a complex environment.\nProfessional experience in a fintech, SaaS, or payment services company.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.\nDemonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.\nExperience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nProficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software\nFlexible
