including outbound lead generation, consultative pitching, negotiations, contract closure, and early account management.\nCollaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Product, Tech, Customer Operations) to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and solution integration.\nStay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the Singapore retail, F&B, and hospitality technology ecosystem.\nProvide regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance analysis to management.\nRepresent Kody at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.\nRequirements\nProven track record in B2B Solution Sales, B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Tech Commercial BD (Experience in payment/fintech sales is an advantage, but not a must).\nStrong understanding of consultative selling-ability to translate technical features (such as POS integration, operational software, or workflow automation) into business value for clients.\nExisting network or strong connection with medium-to-large Hospitality (hotels), F&B groups, or Retail chains in Singapore is a major plus.\nFluency in English with exceptional
