Technical Product Owner

We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and execution-drivenTechnical Product Owner to join our core product team. You will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities, defining high-impact merchant solutions, and driving the delivery of products that merge payment technology with intelligent business tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Insights & Localization: Conduct in-depth research on the global Fintech landscape, payment regulations, and competitor offerings (especially in Europe/UK/US/APAC) to identify high-potential product opportunities.
• Merchant & Payment Product Delivery: Own the product lifecycle for Kody's core features (e.g., smart terminal integrations, merchant portals, checkout flows, or reporting tools) from requirement gathering (PRDs) to deployment.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with our global engineering, design, and operations teams to translate complex merchant pain points into intuitive, reliable product solutions.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Establish key product metrics to track feature adoption among merchants, leveraging data insights to continually iterate and optimize the platform's user experience.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with compliance, banking partners, and regional teams to ensure our solutions are secure, regulatory-compliant, and localized for different markets.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record in Fintech, Payment Gateway, POS/SaaS solutions, or Merchant-facing (B2B) products.
• Academic Background: Strong academic foundation (Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier global university in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related discipline).
• Language Skills: Excellent professional English proficiency (both written and spoken). You will be collaborating daily with a highly international team and partners across UK/APAC.
• Fintech Knowledge: A solid understanding of payment ecosystems (acquiring, processing, POS hardware/software, or open banking API integrations) is highly preferred.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to break down ambiguous business requirements into structured, prioritized product backlogs.
