website backups, security monitoring, malware prevention, and staging environments.\nMaintain a website performance and maintenance tracker, conduct regular technical audits, and provide periodic reports on website health, performance, and resolved issues.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:(List must-have skills, technical expertise, certifications, etc.)\n4-5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development and website maintenance.\nStrong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.\nHands-on experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, WordPress themes, child themes, and plugin customization.\nStrong knowledge of website performance optimization, Google Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and GTmetrix.\nExperience with caching plugins, image optimization, CDN integration, Cloudflare, and website speed optimization.\nGood understanding of technical SEO, schema markup, canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and Google Search Console.\nExperience with WordPress security, backups, malware troubleshooting, website migration, and staging-to-production deployment.\nAbility to identify and resolve technical issues affecting website functionality, performance, and search engine crawling.\nGood problem-solving, debugging, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nPreferred Skills (Nice to Have):\nExperience managing multiple WordPress websites across different business domains.\nKnowledge of advanced PHP development, custom WordPress plugins, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.\nExperience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and marketing pixels.\nFamiliarity with hosting environments, cPanel, VPS, DNS, SSL, and server-side performance optimization.\nExperience with Git, version control, deployment workflows, and website monitoring tools.\nKnowledge of accessibility standards, website usability, and conversion rate optimization.\nExperience working with digital marketing, SEO, and content teams in an agency or IT services environment.\nEducational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical
