You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Operations to bring our roadmap to life while fostering a strong engineering culture rooted in technical excellence and continuous improvement.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of a world-class engineering team.\n Setting and executing the engineering vision and technical direction in partnership with executive and product leadership.\n Defining and delivering engineering strategy that enables scalable and secure growth of Kody’s platform and services.\n Drive engineering execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery across all teams.\n Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance, code quality, system stability and deployment efficiency.\n Promote a culture of feedback, mentorship and career development through structured reviews and ongoing coaching.\n Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Operations to align on priorities and roadmap planning.\n Champion modern development practices including CI/CD, testing, observability, and agile methodologies.\n Oversee architectural planning and ensure sound technical decision-making across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.\n Manage engineering budgets, headcount planning and resource allocation in alignment with company goals.\n Advocate for engineering needs and priorities at the leadership level, balancing business goals and technical feasibility.\n Maintain and evolve onboarding processes, documentation, and workflows to support rapid team scaling.\n Embed data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance into the Engineering culture.\n Requirements\n10-15 year experience in engineer leadership roles, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.\nProven experience leading engineering teams at high-growth tech companies or scale-ups (ideally in fintech or related industries).\nDeep technical expertise across modern architectures and cloud-based platforms.\nStrong track record of managing and growing high-performing, distributed engineering teams.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nPassion for building secure, scalable, and customer-centric platforms.\nHands-on experience with agile development, DevOps culture, and continuous delivery pipelines.\nStrong business acumen and the ability to
