Founded in 1993 and now present in over 12 countries, Koenig is recognized as India's leading education powerhouse and has earned awards such as Microsoft's Learning Partner of the Year.\n\nKey Responsibilities \n• Act as the primary point of contact between Management and Kites, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. \n• Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for the CEO's daily activities. \n• Coordinate and manage meetings, calendars and follow-ups. \n• Prepare and maintain accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOMs) and action trackers. \n• Maintain accurate records, reports, documents and status updates. \n• Track important action items and provide regular updates to the CEO/Management. • Support the CEO in day-to-day operational requirements and special assignments. \n• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive management information. • Identify opportunities to use Claude, GenAI and other AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, reporting, documentation and follow-up processes. \nRequired Skills \n• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, Executive Coordinator or similar role. • Excellent communication and coordination skills.\n • Strong follow-up and task-tracking abilities. \n• Good command of MS Office/Google Workspace and documentation tools. \n• Strong organizational and time-management skills.\n • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with senior management.
