Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be involved throughout the development process, from software development and simulation to calibration, vehicle testing, and system commissioning.\nResponsibilities:\nYou will be responsible for developing and validating real-time control software for hybrid and high-voltage systems, supporting the full development cycle from concept to vehicle integration and testing.\nYou will:\n Develop embedded software for hybrid control and high-voltage system integration\nDesign, implement and validate control strategies for energy management, thermal management and electric motor torque coordination\nDevelop, simulate, calibrate and test control software\nSupport vehicle- and component-level testing and validation\nSupport high-voltage system commissioning and vehicle bring-up\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Electrical Engineering, Calibration, Vehicle Integration, Testing and Production\nContribute to software architecture, debugging and continuous improvements throughout the development process\n Requirements:\n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering or a related field\n5+ years of experience in embedded software development within the automotive or aerospace industry.\nStrong programming skills in Embedded C\nExperience working with real-time or RTOS-based systems\nUnderstanding of real-time control systems, state machine design and signal processing\nExperience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN and LIN\nFamiliarity with software development workflows and version control\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams\nMeritorious experience:\n Experience developing control software using MATLAB/Simulink\nBackground in hybrid or electric vehicle systems\nApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, so don't wait to apply.
