The Technical Support Technician provides technical support for PM100, PM80, PM100T, and PM80T equipment within the Asset Protection Program (APP). This position supports equipment reliability through preventive maintenance oversight, reactive troubleshooting, machine testing and tuning, and operational support during C Shift. The successful candidate must have a strong background in test and tune activities on Koerber single rod makers and must be able to work independently during overnight operations while communicating equipment status, risks, and corrective actions clearly to customers and internal teams.\nYour role in our team\nYou will monitor and support preventive maintenance activities on PM100, PM80, PM100T, and PM80T equipment\nReview machine condition, performance, and maintenance findings to identify developing reliability concerns\nHelp ensure APP maintenance standards, procedures, and documentation requirements are followed\nYou will provide responsive troubleshooting support for mechanical, pneumatic, and operational issues\nDiagnose machine failures, identify likely root causes, and implement or recommend corrective actions\nSupport breakdown response, recovery, and safe return to production\nPerform test and tune activities on Koerber single rod makers\nEvaluate machine settings and operating conditions and make adjustments to improve quality, efficiency, and stability\nYou will support APP objectives focused on protecting customer assets, improving up time, and sustaining equipment performance\nMaintain clear shift handoff notes and communicate open issues, risks, and required follow-up actions\nYour profile\nYou have a high school diploma or equivalent. A technical degree, apprenticeship, or formal training in mechanical, industrial, or maintenance technology is preferred\nHands-on technical experience supporting PM100, PM80, PM100T, and PM80T platforms, as well as APP equipment and related customer support activities, is required\nStrong demonstrated experience performing test and tune activities on Koerber single rod makers is required\nAdvanced troubleshooting skills for mechanical, pneumatic, and operational equipment issues, with the ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and support corrective actions, are required. Experience with continuous improvement and reliability-centered maintenance practices is preferred\nAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, machine drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computerized maintenance or service documentation systems is preferred\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions during overnight operations\nMust be available to work C Shift, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and lift equipment or components as required\nMust be able to work safely in an operating manufacturing environment while complying with applicable safety requirements.
