The Technical Support Technician provides technical support for PM100, PM80, PM100T, and PM80T equipment within the Asset Protection Program (APP). This position supports equipment reliability through preventive maintenance oversight, reactive troubleshooting, machine testing and tuning, and operational support during C Shift. The successful candidate must have a strong background in test and tune activities on Koerber single rod makers and must be able to work independently during overnight operation
