You’ll join a culture that values curiosity, teamwork, and continuous improvement-where your ideas truly matter.\nYour role in our team\n· Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM functional solutions\n· Configure key EWM processes including inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, slotting, labor management, and physical inventory\n· Design and optimize warehouse processes, including RF, automation systems, and handling units\n· Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments\n· Support integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP)\n· Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and requirements-gathering session\n· Execute configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and defect resolution\n· Support data migration, cutover planning, Train key users and go-live activities\n· Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements\n· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ABAP, Basis, consultants) and create documentation, training materials, and end-user training\nYour profile\n· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of SAP EWM consulting experience\n· Hands-on experience configuring SAP EWM solutions\n· Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics, automation, and end-to-end supply chain processes\n· Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized)\n· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills\n· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders\n· Experience supporting both project implementations and production environments\n· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions\n· Fluent in English, both written and verbal\n· Willingness to travel 20-40% based on project needs\nNice to Have\n· SAP EWM certification or formal SAP training\n· Knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution or additional SAP modules mainly SAP WM\n· Knowledge of ERP-EWM integration\n· Additional languages a plus - German or Spanish preferred\n· MFS experience is an advantage\nEligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
