We are seeking an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Lead to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and preventive maintenance. The incumbent will also be responsible for applying basic fixes to the building, its systems and equipment and ensure the facility is tidy and functional. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.\nYour role in our team\nYou will perform preventative maintenance on printing presses, die cutters, folder/gluers, bindery equipment, HVAC, boiler systems, and other production equipment.\nYou will troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.\nCollaboration with operators and outside repair services-both onsite and through remote diagnostics-is expected.\nYou will order repair parts and manage the spare-parts inventory.\nAccurate tracking and electronic documentation of all repairs is required.\nBasic fabrication and welding may be performed as needed.\nMaintaining a safe and clean working environment is essential.\nOversight of building maintenance contracts and coordination with outside vendors is part of the role.\nYou will assign tasks, monitor progress, and mentor or train maintenance team members.\nYour profile\nYou have a high school diploma or GED.\nYou have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with a strong preference for high-speed printing or packaging environments.\nYou have experience with Heidelberg and Bobst equipment.\nYou have solid knowledge of HVAC, boiler systems, and LOTO procedures.\nReading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and working with PLCs and sensor-driven components are key responsibilities.\nLean Six Sigma or 5S methodologies may be leveraged to enhance efficiency.\nYour working environment at Körber\nJoin Körber Pharma, and you will work in an innovative, friendly, and digital environment, providing the opportunity to advance your career.
