IT Product Manager - Process Mgt & Test Mgt (m/f/d)

Your Role in our Team

As an IT Product Manager, you are responsible for managing and enhancing the platforms that support enterprise process management and test management. Your area of responsibility includes SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM Test Management, automated and AI-supported testing solutions, WalkMe, and potentially LeanIX. You work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure these platforms deliver value, support business objectives, and enable efficient and scalable operations.

• You own and manage the lifecycle of SAP Signavio, including Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, and related components.
• You drive process documentation standards, governance, and adoption across the organization.
• You act as the primary IT contact for business stakeholders regarding process management and test management topics.
• You manage SAP Cloud ALM Test Management and modern testing frameworks, including AI-driven test automation solutions, to support efficient and high-quality application delivery.
• You own and support WalkMe as the platform for digital guidance, in-app support, and user onboarding.
• You translate business requirements into product roadmaps, functional requirements, and implementation plans.
• You provide consulting to project, business, and product teams on process design, test strategies, and the optimal use of process and test management tools.
• You ensure stable, secure, and scalable operation of all assigned platforms.
• You support the integration of Signavio, Cloud ALM, and testing solutions with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• You plan and manage product-related costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating the financial impact of roadmap and scaling decisions.
• You promote platform adoption through training, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and architectural standards.

Your Profile

Required Skills & Experience

• You have experience working with SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Insights) and/or SAP Cloud ALM Test Management.
• You possess knowledge of automated testing tools, AI-supported testing approaches, and modern testing methodologies.
• Experience with WalkMe or comparable digital adoption platforms is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with LeanIX or similar enterprise architecture tools is considered an advantage.
• You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You have the ability to translate business processes into technical requirements.

Additional Qualifications

• You are fluent in English; German language skills are welcome.
• You are willing to travel approximately 10%.
