We aim for being the first to do the right thing at the right time.\nJoin the home for entrepreneurs!\nYour role in our team\nYou will be the primary customer interface for all essential project execution functions.\nYou will create and maintain all schedule milestones.\nYou will monitor and maintain the project budget.\nYou will prepare and provide project status updates to management.\nYou will ensure FAT readiness of project and coordinate activity with customer.\nYou will manage all change requests deviating from original scope.\nYou will work directly with team members and department managers to ensure proper staffing needs are being achieved.\nYou will provide technical and program management support to the selling process and Regional Sales Managers.\nYou will coordinate new machinery sales projects, in alignment with headquarters project managers as required.\nYou will manage the coordination with third party machine suppliers.\nYou will oversee the Program Management for projects and customers that encompass multiple Körber Pharma Business Areas as required.\nYou will manage the transition phase from machine shipment until completion of commissioning (SAT).\nYou will maintain project folders with appropriate documentation to be used by other team members for future activities.\nYou will monitor quotes, invoices, requisitions with ERP system to support project activities.\nYou will work with CRM and ERP tools to maintain project data.\nYou will assist with maintaining and improving project management processes.\nYou will ensure execution is compliant to ISO9001 requirements.\nYour profile\nYour bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline is preferred.\nYou have experience with delivering high technology machinery.\nYour experience working in pharma, biotech or other regulated industry is preferred.\nYou display management and leadership skills.\nYou exhibit clear verbal and written communication skills.\nYou understand project management processes and tools.\nYou understand engineering processes and tools.\nYou understand manufacturing processes.\nCan you find yourself in this profile?
