Join the home for entrepreneurs!\nThe Senior Controller, Consulting Supply Chain is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, business partnering, and performance management support across the Consulting and Supply Chain organizations. This role drives financial planning, forecasting, profitability analysis, cost optimization, operational performance measurement, and decision support while ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.\nThe position serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping to improve business performance through data-driven insights, financial transparency, and proactive management of risks and opportunities. The Senior Controller collaborates closely with Operations, Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, Consulting, and Supply Chain teams to support business growth and operational excellence.\nYour Role in Our Team\nLead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning for Consulting and Supply Chain functions\nAnalyze financial performance, variances, trends, KPIs, and risks, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership\nServe as the primary finance business partner to Consulting and Supply Chain leadership, supporting strategic and operational decision-making\nDevelop financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, and investment evaluations to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation\nDrive cost control and profitability improvements by analyzing labor utilization, project profitability, material costs, supplier performance, operating expenses, inventory, and working capital\nPrepare and present management reports, financial dashboards, forecasts, and executive-level analyses, ensuring financial data accuracy and integrity\nEnsure compliance with corporate accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting requirements, including support for internal and external audits\nSupport strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, integrations, digital transformation, and continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and business intelligence capabilities\nYour profile\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred\n8+ years of progressive experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance Business Partnering, Corporate Finance, or a related finance function\nExperience supporting supply chain, operations, manufacturing, consulting, engineering, or project-based businesses\nExperience partnering with leadership teams and influencing business decisions at the senior management level\nKnowledge of project accounting and service profitability analysis strongly preferred\nExperience working within a global organization preferred\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% based on business needs\nMust be able to obtain and maintain required travel documentation, including a valid passport when necessary, and lawfully travel to countries required for business purposes\nEligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
