Thanks to our expertise, decades of experience, and market leadership in many areas, we offer the right solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.\nKoerber Japan / Pharma Machinery Division: We provide solutions and services for local pharmaceutical customers in Japan, with a wide variety of products ranging from full/semi-automatic inspection machines, top load cartoners, blister machines, material handling equipment, isolators, etc.\n\nJob Title: Koerber Japan, located in Tokyo, is seeking a Service Engineer for aforementioned products with special focus on automatic inspection machines.\n\nTasks:\nPerforms installation, commissioning, validation support, troubleshooting, conversions and maintenance.\nSupports sales and project manager’s activities including attending customer meetings.\nReports duty documents (technical reports, customer complaints, etc.) to both external and internal parties.\nProvides trainings to customers.\nMakes direct communication with peers at HQs of respective products for technical clarifications.\nAttends internal trainings at respective HQ’s factories or as OJT at customer premises. (Japan or abroad).\n\nQualification/Skills:\nCompleted vocational training in a technical field, preferably in mechatronics, or electrical engineering, or information electronics.\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a field service in the pharma industry, particularly with experience in inspection, sterile filling, primary and secondary packaging is a plus.\nGood understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry (GMP, IQ, OQ, validation processes., etc.)\nDemonstrates strong customers and service orientation along with excellent communication skills.\nNative-level Japanese proficiency and good written and spoken English.\nWillingness and ability to travel extensively within Japan and occasionally to HQ abroad for FAT and training. \nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international sales/service team.\n\nPreferred age: 25 - 50 years\n\nLeadership experience: Not required\n\nLanguages: Japanese / English / (German is a plus but not required)\n\nFor questions please contact us via .
