A key part of the role is building strong customer relationships and ensuring that any project adjustments are properly managed and documented.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nLeading and coordinating all onsite activities, including mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning, testing, and final acceptance.\nManaging multidisciplinary site teams consisting of Site Supervisors, Commissioning Engineers, PLC Software Engineers, and WCS/WMS specialists.\nEnsuring compliance with site safety standards, quality requirements, and the company's Site Excellence framework.\nDriving planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and schedule management for all site activities.\nActing as the primary customer contact on site and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nTo succeed in this role, you likely hold a degree in Marine Engineering or another relevant technical discipline and have substantial experience managing installation projects on customer sites. You combine strong technical insight with excellent leadership and communication skills and are comfortable taking full ownership of both project performance and team success.\nWe are looking for a proactive and decisive leader who naturally takes responsibility, remains calm under pressure, and has the ability to navigate competing priorities while maintaining focus on project objectives.
