This includes the responsibility of managing customer expectations and understanding both the operational and technical (database, code, interface, etc.) components of the issue so that appropriate service levels can be maintained and resolution can be achieved. This position may require rotational on-call support and backup assistance for 24/7 coverage.\nYour role in our team\nYou will analyze and troubleshoot business systems, software, and processes to identify root causes of issues\nCollaborate with developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions\nDefine and support issue resolution efforts, including scoping, estimating, scheduling, and implementation\nGather, analyze, and fulfill requirements from internal teams and external customers\nServe as a liaison between customers and technical teams to investigate and resolve system issues\nPerform system maintenance and improvements, including upgrades, installations, configurations, and desktop-level fixes\nTest, monitor, and validate software performance and fixes to ensure issues are fully resolved and opportunities for improvement are identified\nTrack support trends, maintain documentation, follow escalation procedures, and provide on-call/off-hours support as needed\nYour profile\nYou have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree\nProficiency in PL/SQL and Java, with intermediate to advanced experience in Oracle and SQL Server databases, SQL queries, and stored procedures\nWorking knowledge of Linux and Windows Server platforms, server hardware, RF equipment, and printers\nExperience resolving business-critical customer issues, researching software-related problems, and developing effective solutions\nHands-on experience recommending and implementing technical solutions, including appropriate testing and deployment practices\nKnowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), operational best practices, and applicable data privacy laws and practices\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nAbility to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments, work independently and collaboratively, and adapt to new technologies\nEligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
