Technical Production Engineer

In compliance to ISO standards 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2023

Your role in our team:

• Responsible for the electrical cabinet order processing lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Verify circuit diagram and BOM requirements for feasibility and material planning
• Plan, generate work order and coordinate material flow of electrical cabinet assembly from purchasing to production
• Monitor and updateelectrical cabinet production status information to management and machine production team
• Resolve technical and quality issues to ensure that all electrical cabinets are delivered on-time, within scope and quality requirements
• Ensure operational excellence practices apply in electrical cabinet production floor
• Ensure plant facility, equipment and fixtures in good conditions to prevent disruption of production
• Ensure related documents are updated for orders and processes for production
• Other project related tasks as deemed necessary
• Manage activities in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams across sites worldwide, especially the Germany headquarter

Your profile:

• Diploma/Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent with excellent results
• Experience with single line diagrams, circuit diagrams, drive systems, e.g. Siemens, AMK or similar and production planning will be an added advantage
• Related working experience in complex industrial equipment or electrical panel manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of SAP, especially material planning and production module
• Team player with high level of problem solving and project management skills, especially able to work in a fast paced environment and able to adapt quickly
• Good communication skills, especially command in English to elicit cooperation and consensus from management and across departments
• Excellent analytical skill with high sense of responsibility and commitment
