Our 3,000+ customers cover nearly half of the U.S. population, and customer loyalty is unsurpassed in the industry.\n As a Digital Imaging Technician, your day will be dedicated to preserving history by converting a physical document to a digital document. You will use our advanced technology and equipment to work on a variety of differently formatted and conditioned documents.\nEssential Duties:\nPrepare documents to be scanned\nUnfold, de-staple, remove brads or any other fastener\nKeep all documents in order and sorted so the leading edge is always at the same side of the pages to be scanned.\nMake copies of items that cannot be scanned\nObtain images that will be used throughout our entire operation\nEnsure images are 100% usable by adjusting settings so images are clear\nCompetencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies\nAttendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time as defined by Attendance Policy\nQuality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Monitors own work to ensure quality\nQuantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly\nSafety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly\nProblem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Works well in group problem solving situations\n Qualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
