MongoDB and SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).\n\n- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.\n\n- Familiarity with asynchronous programming, middleware, and error handling.\n\n- Good understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2) and security best practices.\n\n- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deployment and storage (S3).\n\n- Experience with Git, Postman, and version control practices.\n\n- Knowledge of Python for automation or backend scripting is an added advantage.\n\n- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.\n\n- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\n\n- Strong organizational and analytical mindset.\n\n- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Experience with Docker or containerized deployments.\n\n- Familiarity with Redis, message queues, or microservices architecture.\n\n- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation
