You’ll be the trusted expert responsible for turning client requirements into best-in-class Workday solutions.\nWhat You'll Own\n Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers, adapting flexibly to their evolving needs across various HCM module(s).\nStrategic Consulting: Conduct detailed working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements. You’ll assess needs, propose alternative solutions, and advise clients on Workday best practices and process improvements.\n Project Leadership: Lead medium to high-complexity projects (like acquisitions or Phase X rollouts) through the full lifecycle, managing scope, quality, and timelines with no supervision.\n Delivery Excellence: Drive high client satisfaction by building strong relationships and consistently delivering impeccable service, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) like utilization and CSAT scores.\nMentorship & Knowledge: Act as a mentor, coach, and reviewer for less experienced team members.
