If you enjoy responsibility, momentum and meaningful challenge, you will thrive here.\n\nWhat you'll do\nAs a Delivery Coordinator, you will get a chance to keep content work moving reliably across Kognity's Content Operations team, its freelance contributors and the Product and Tech teams it depends on.\nDeliver small content update projects, acting as the single point of contact from brief through authoring, QA and upload to live deployment, ensuring every asset quality.\n\nRun the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, from sourcing and briefing freelance subject specialists to onboarding, tracking assignments and closing out engagements cleanly.\n\nTriage and route incoming content feedback from users and internal teams, tracking it through to resolution and surfacing patterns that shape content priorities.\n\nWork on third-party content rights, permissions and licensing, keeping records audit-ready and escalating copyright questions to the right stakeholders.\n\nBuild and maintain the trackers, dashboards and documentation that give the content team visibility over its work, and help bring AI tools into everyday content operations.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nBackground in content coordination, project coordination or operations, ideally within tech, product, digital publishing or EdTech.\n\nProven ability to keep multiple workstreams organised and moving, ideally with a tracker or system you've built to manage competing priorities.\n\nStrong communication skills, able to adjust tone and detail for audiences from freelance contributors to legal and finance stakeholders.\n\nFast learner who picks up new tools, platforms and content systems quickly, with minimal repeated guidance.\n\nSkilled at turning scattered information, such as feedback threads or contractor performance notes, into clear improvements patterns and concrete recommendations.\n\nExperience leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, decisions, and execution\n\nOur values\nWe take ownership\n\nWe are transparent\n\nWe make every week count\n\nWe obsess over customers\n\nWe show up with heart\n\nHow we hire\nDiscovery call with a Recruiter\n\nHiring manager discussion\n\nCase study\n\nValues discussion\n\nLeadership talk\n\nReferences\n\nEqual opportunity\nEvery qualified person will be evaluated regardless of age, gender, identity, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability status or religion.
