You will be primarily ensuring the smooth running of the bar whilst creating exquisite cocktails and serving drinks to order, supporting the Food and Beverage in the Swilcan Loft allowing them to focus on providing the world class service that our guests expect.\nYour responsibilities will include; Mixing and presenting a wide variety of cocktails, including classic recipes and original creations with precise measurements and attention to detail. Providing knowledgeable drink recommendations based off guest preferences. Providing exceptional customer service to all guests in line with AA 5 red star standards.\nFulfilling drink orders accurately and promptly. Keeping the bar area and glass wear clean and regularly stocked.
