Advances talent and culture initiatives through consultation and relationship building, while ensuring alignment to enterprise strategies.\nLeverages Talent Center of Expertise resources and partnership to embed key initiatives. Plans, creates and coaches to support organizational change management and communications. Develop robust talent management plans to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps.\nOversees recruitment pipeline positioning Kohler as an employer of choice to attract top talent into seasoned positions and early careers programs. Supports, develops, engages, and retains talent by creating, implementing, and maintaining talent management solutions (engagement, succession planning, learning and development, assessment, planning, etc.). Keeps informed of local market and competitive trends and leverages these insights to develop appropriate site-based HR strategies and solutions.\nCreates an experience-based talent culture across the organization in aspects of talent attraction, development, improving organizational health and driving high performance culture. Drives inclusion strategies to foster a sense of belonging and aids the organization in being better every day. Collaborates with leaders to ensure functional communication and associate engagement plans are making a meaningful difference.\nLeverage data to understand and proactively handle issues such as turnover, organizational spans of control and layers, and similar key indicators.
