About the Role This is a key role within our Human Resources team, providing professional and commercially focused people support across a range of departments throughout the Hotel. Working closely with Heads of Department and managers, you'll build trusted relationships and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You'll provide expert advice on employee relations matters, coach managers, support organisational change, champion engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and help drive our people strategy forward. As the Hotel transitions to Workday in January 2027, you'll play an important role in embedding new ways of working, supporting managers through change and helping maximise the benefits of our new HR systems and processes.
