With seven bars and restaurant outlets across our resort, this role is to supervise our kitchen porters ensuring all back of house areas maintain kitchen hygiene standards.\nYour responsibilities will include; Assigning cleaning duties as allocated within cleaning scheduled and ensuring kitchens have adequate coverage for cleaning of equipment, crockery, cutlery etc General cleaning duties including emptying of bins, taking out rubbish, sweeping floors, clearing out fridges and freezers. Ensuring cleaning equipment is well-looked after and cleaned out after use Inform Kitchen Clerk or Maintenance Team of any maintenance issues.
