Remove all dirty terry and replace with the clean par to the designated layout. Make bed(s) by removing all dirty linen and replacing with clean according to operational standards.\nRealign furniture to the floor plan. Clean closets and door tracks on check-out rooms, removing dust and debris. Ensure correct amount and placement of hangers, extra blanket/pillow, laundry bags/slips and luggage rack.\nInspect condition of bathrobes, linen, terry, pillows and blankets. Replace soiled/damaged ones as needed. Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards.\nEnsure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests. Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all guests, resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain positive guest relations at all times.\nBe familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned.\nResponsible for following the standard operating procedures. Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score. Update status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheet.\nReturn and restock cart at end of shift. Adhere to uniform and grooming standards as assigned by venue.
