Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities As a Shipping Clerk, you'll play an important role in supporting the timely and accurate shipment of products across North America and internationally. You'll coordinate shipping documentation, support transportation activities, process shipment transactions, and work closely with distribution, customer service, and sales teams to help ensure a smooth customer experience. Shipping Documentation Processing\nPrepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, commercial invoices, and related records\nEnter and maintain shipment transactions within SAP and other business systems\nVerify shipment information for accuracy and completeness prior to release\nGenerate and process pick lists and shipping documentation to support daily operations\nAssist with shipment labeling and final shipment preparation activities Transportation Export Support\nPrepare export paperwork and documentation for international shipments\nReview shipment information and resolve routine documentation discrepancies\nCoordinate specialty shipments and communicate shipment requirements as needed\nObtain freight quotes and assist with transportation arrangements\nSupport compliance with established shipping and export procedures Operational Coordination\nPartner with distribution center, customer service, sales, and operations teams to support shipment execution\nMonitor shipment activity and communicate priority or expedited order requirements\nHelp deliver a positive customer experience through accurate and timely shipment processing\nProvide support across shipping, receiving, and fulfillment activities as business needs require Reporting Administrative Support\nMaintain shipment records and operational documentation\nSupport tracking and reporting of shipping-related metrics\nMaintain shipping resources, images, and operational files\nPerform general administrative tasks supporting distribution center operations You’ll Love Working Here Health insurance with low premiums per month, dental and vision insurance, and company-paid disability and life insurance starting on Day 1. 401k plan with company match and voluntary benefits such as identity protection and pet insurance.
