If you thrive in environments that value clarity, ownership, and bold thinking, you’ll fit right in.\nAbout The Role\nReady to Shape the Platform Behind KOHO's Products?\nAs Engineering Manager, Platform, you'll lead a full-stack platform team that owns KOHO's mobile and web platform (how our mobile app gets released and our frontend developer tooling), internal tooling and the risk domain. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team that spans platform and feature development, building the foundations other teams rely on while supporting user-facing functionality such as login and access management.\nThis is a role for someone who thrives in high-impact technical environments, turns ambiguous requirements into concrete solutions, and builds high-performing teams.\nYou'll report directly to the Senior Manager, Platform Engineering, collaborate closely with peer platform and feature teams, and manage key stakeholders including Risk, Product, and Security.
