Anchored by a strong balance sheet and an experienced, hands-on management team, we enhance financial inclusion by offering a suite of financial services to meet the needs of our clients.\n\nWe celebrate diversity and believe in the power of collective wisdom to drive innovation and create a positive impact in the communities we serve.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Network and System Administrator \n\nLocation: Victoria Island, Lagos \n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nSummary\n\nThe Network & Systems Administrator will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining network and server performance to ensure system reliability and security.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience in cloud platforms and banking application connectivity.\n\nRequirements\n\nEnsure data backups are regularly completed and antivirus definitions are always up to date.\nMaintain detailed records of technical issues and their resolutions for future reference.\nInstall, configure, and manage ESET Network Antivirus across all systems.\nRespond promptly to technical support requests and communicate effective resolutions.\nCreate and manage virtual machines, containers/droplets, and configure security policies, firewalls, and VPNson cloud-based networks.\nDiagnose and troubleshoot system, network, software, and hardware issues.\nContinuously monitor and maintain systems and networks for optimal performance.\nInstall and configure computer hardware, operating systems, software, networks, and applications.\nInstall, configure, and monitor PTRG sensors for network performance and uptime.\nSupport the deployment and rollout of new applications.\nPerform regular maintenance of IP PBX/IP phone systems, computers, printers, and network equipment.\nConduct regular security checks to safeguard computers and servers from cybersecurity threats.\nAdminister Microsoft Office 365, including user management, SharePoint, and email server configurations.\nManage and maintain Windows Server 20 environments.\nCreate and manage new user accounts, email addresses, and access levels for staff via Microsoft 365.\n\nQualifications\n\nInterested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 6 -
