configurations.\nConduct regularsecurity checksto safeguard computers and servers from cybersecurity threats.\nManage and maintainWindows Server 2019 environments.\nInstall, configure, and manage ESET Network Antivirusacross all systems.\nInstall and configurecomputer hardware, operating systems, software, networks, and applications.\nDiagnose and troubleshootsystem, network, software, and hardware issues.\nMaintain detailedrecords of technical issues and their resolutionsfor future reference.\nCreate and manage virtual machines, containers/droplets, and configure security policies, firewalls, and VPNson cloud-based networks.\nCreate and managenew user accounts, email addresses, and access levelsfor staff via Microsoft 365.\nPerform regularmaintenance of IP PBX/IP phone systems, computers,
