sizes.\n\nBuild, maintain, document, and evolve a scalable design system used across cross-functional teams.\n\nShare complete Figma designs, lead design discussions, and gather feedback from product, engineering, and business stakeholders.\n\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth design implementation and a high-quality final user experience.\n\nContinuously improve the user journey by identifying usability opportunities and contributing innovative design solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\nWho You Are\n3+ years of professional experience in Product Design.\n\nStrong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.\n\nProven experience creating pixel-perfect designs across multiple devices and screen resolutions.\n\nStrong understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive design.\n\nExperience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems.\n\nA highly collaborative communicator who can confidently present ideas and gather feedback across teams.\n\nDetail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics, usability, and consistency.\n\nComfortable working independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\nA portfolio showcasing practical product design experience, user-centered thinking, and strong visual
