Handle contracts, purchase orders and invoice payment for various services. Perform Maintenance Division office support of typical clerical and administrative services.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nCoordinate jobsite set-up for all Kokosing Companies projects with the following services:Gases (O2, Act.)\nDumpsters\nPort-a-johns\nWater\nIce\n\nAssemble information on new jobs and distribute to all departments. Initiate, organize and lead all internal preconstruction meetings to help coordinate services with all departments.\nCollect, maintain and enter crane logs monthly and annually. Order needed forms.\nCollect, maintain and enter equipment hour meter readings each week. Use exceptions reporting to assist in gathering outstanding readings. Investigate and correct reading discrepancies. \nWork on special projects as needed.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nExcellent organizational skills\nAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and multi-task\nStrong customer service orientation; high energy level\nAdvanced computer skills - all Microsoft applications and learn the Viewpoint Software used by Kokosing\nAbility to establish and maintain effective relationships with a wide cross section of individuals\nKokosing is an equal employment opportunity/affirmativeaction federal and state contractor.
