With over $2.8 billion in annual sales and a commitment to its workforce, Kokosing is the winning team.\nJob Description:\nSummary:\nThis role will be located onsite at the construction project site in the Cincinnati, OH area supporting the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor project.\nCollects and analyzes information used to plan and schedule construction projects, specifically, the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor Project a major infrastructure initiative spanning the Ohio/Kentucky border on the I-71/75 corridor. (Projected multi-year project)\nGenerates forecasts, variance reports, and other documentation used to monitor and manage project construction schedules.\nIntegrate best practices and project deliverables while interfacing with the Project Team, Project Managers, Subcontractors, Design Engineers to monitor and update the project schedule and resources.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nResponsible to create baseline schedules for newly awarded contract scopes and maintain the working schedule.\nResponsible to ensure that the project schedule updates and reports conform to the contract specifications and are prepared for formal submittal to the Owner.\nResponsible to create and maintain a comprehensive schedule narrative with each formal update.\nResponsible for preparing all the project progress reports, integrating subcontractor look ahead schedules into the master schedule, revising logic sequence as required.\nReviewing contractor project schedules for accuracy and logic and analyzing critical path updates, schedule progress vs what is occurring in the field, and evaluating schedule options - then communicating schedule status to the Project Manager, client, consultants, and others.\nReporting schedule status to all stakeholders on a weekly / monthly basis.\nFacilitate monthly schedule reviews with the Owner.\nAssist the Project Team in maintaining, updating and monitoring the CPM schedule.\nMaintaining project schedule(s) and alerting the project team to potential problem areas.\nPerforming Time Impact Analysis (TIA).\nVarious reports could include:Progress charts\nWork intensity curves\nLabor-production work rate tables\nTime impact analyses\nEquipment delivery schedules\nResource-cost loaded schedules\nDaily construction activities report schedules\n\nOther duties as assigned.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred or experience in lieu of degree.\nIdeal candidates will possess 2+ years of experience in Project Scheduling, preferably in heavy civil and heavy industrial construction projects.\nProficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPrior experience developing project schedules and performing critical path, earned value, and schedule impact analysis is preferred.\nAbility to work in concert with project team, subcontractors, engineers, and customer.\nBENEFITS:\nKokosing offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, life, and disability insurance, paid time off and a 401K plan.\nThis compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
