us.\nResponsibilities\nLead the backend development team in designing, implementing, and scaling robust server-side solutions.\nMentor and guide team members through code reviews, best practices, and technical decision-making.\nOversee the full application lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and performant code.\nCollaborate with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams to align technical execution with business goals.\nDrive architectural discussions and make strategic decisions on system design, scalability, and tech stack.\nTroubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability.\nEstablish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines.\nIdentify technical debt and prioritize refactoring or improvements alongside new feature product.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role\nStrong expertise in PHP (Laravel framework) and modern backend development practices\nDeep experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases\nProven track record in designing, scaling, and optimizing RESTful APIs\nExperience in leading technical decisions, code reviews, and architectural discussions\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices to ensure high-quality deployments\nAbility to mentor junior developers, delegate tasks, and drive team productivity\nStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability\nHands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
