years of experience in consulting,\nStrong command of Labor Law No. 4857 and Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510,\nExperienced in payroll calculations, employer costs, and accrual processes,\nExperienced in the review and approval processes of the Withholding and Premium Service Declaration (Muhtasar ve Prim Hizmet Beyannamesi),\nExperienced in handling procedures with official/government institutions,\nAble to perform calculations related to severance, mediation, and reinstatement processes,\nRegularly follows newly published legislative updates,\nAnalytical thinker with strong follow-up skills,\nTeam player with a solution-oriented mindset.\nResponsibilities\nPerforming monthly payroll accrual calculations for client companies under consultancy responsibility in a complete, accurate, and legally compliant manner,\nCalculating salaries, premiums, and other fringe benefits, and executing payments,\nCarrying out severance calculations and ensuring they are processed in full,\nManaging and completing employee onboarding (hiring) and offboarding (termination) procedures, severance calculations, and official correspondence with government institutions when required,\nPreparing accounting reports,\nReviewing SGK (Social Security Institution) incentives and processing them appropriately,\nPreparing Withholding and Premium Service Declarations and managing the approval processes,\nCompleting workplace accident reports, e-Vizite (electronic medical leave) approvals, and other İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency)
