Instead, you'll architect the AI foundation that powers our entire organization.\nIf you enjoy solving complex engineering problems, experimenting with the latest AI technologies, and building systems that create measurable business impact, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nAs our AI Systems Architect, you will\n\nDesign and evolve Kolpolok's AI Operating System.\n\nArchitect scalable AI infrastructure and enterprise AI solutions.\n\nBuild intelligent multi-agent systems for Engineering, HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Support and Leadership.\n\nDesign secure enterprise knowledge systems using RAG, AI memory and modern knowledge management techniques.\n\nIntegrate AI with internal applications, databases, APIs and business systems.\n\nBuild AI-powered software development workflows, coding assistants and engineeringautomation.\n\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend the right models, frameworks andarchitecture for different business needs.\n\nOptimise AI systems for performance, security, reliability and cost.\n\nEstablish engineering standards, AI governance and best practices across the organization.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nWe're looking for someone who combines strong software engineering skills with a passion for building intelligent systems.\nYou should have:\n\nStrong experience building production-grade software systems.\n\nHands-on experience developing production AI applications using modern LLMs.\n\nExcellent Python and backend engineering skills.\n\nExperience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI AgentsSDK or similar.\n\nExperience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings and vector databases.\n\nExperience integrating AI with APIs, databases and enterprise applications.\n\nStrong understanding of AI architecture, prompt engineering, tool calling, model evaluation and AI system design.\n\nExperience deploying AI solutions using cloud or self-hosted infrastructure.\n\nBonus Points\n\nExperience with any of the following is highly valued:\n\nModel Context Protocol (MCP)\n\nKnowledge Graphs\n\nLocal or open-source LLM deployment\n\nKubernetes or GPU infrastructure\n\nWorkflow orchestration platforms\n\nAI security and governance\n\nAI observability and evaluation\n\nWhat You'll Build\n\nDuring your first year, you'll help build:\n\nAI Operating System (AI OS)\n\nMulti-Agent Platform\n\nEnterprise Knowledge Platform\n\nAI Workflow Automation\n\nDepartment-specific AI Assistants\n\nAI Governance & Memory Infrastructure\n\nWhy Join Kolpolok?\n\nThis is a rare opportunity to architect the AI foundation of an entire company from the ground up.
