Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Chittagong-based Sales Coordinator to assist the Sales Operation and Project teams in customer communication, data management, document collection, sales coordination, and lead follow-up. The role will primarily focus on ensuring accurate customer information, timely documentation, effective communication, and smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer information and create new accounts in the company system.
• Communicate with clients to collect required documents and follow up on pending information.
• Make sales-related calls to prospective and existing customers and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate clients meetings, visits, and other sales-related activities.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain contracts, proposals and other sales documents.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Project teams as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer and project-related activities.
• Travel outside Chittagong based on project requirements or management instructions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Prior experience with managing VTS (Vehicle Tracking System), VMS (Vehicle Management System), GPS Tracking, and Fleet Management will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and sales reporting tools.
• Good data-entry and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers over the phone.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.
