helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams.\nThe Project\nWe are seeking a FullStack Developer (React + Node) to work on a Tech project.\nYou will have the following responsibilities:\nArchitect and maintain scalable backend services using serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions), ensuring performance and reliability;\n\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Node.js and TypeScript, supporting maintainability and team collaboration;\n\nDesign and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices, following best practices for modularity and scalability;\n\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and deliver impactful features aligned with business goals;\n\nEnsure code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement of development standards;\n\nMonitor and optimize application performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements in scalability and reliability;\n\nDevelop and maintain React-based frontend applications, including state management and frontend performance optimization;\n\nManage and operate containerized workloads using Kubernetes;\n\nFoster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.\n\nYou need to have the following skills/experience:\n3+ years of experience in full-stack development;\n\nProficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js;\n\nStrong experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices;\n\nHands-on experience with React, including state management (Redux or Zustand) and frontend performance optimization;\n\nExperience with Next.js for server-side rendering and full-stack development;\n\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration;\n\nFamiliarity with version control platforms such as GitHub or GitLab;\n\nKnowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform);\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for deployment automation;\n\nExperience with databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis;\n\nCloud platform experience (GCP and/or AWS).\n\nLocation\nLisbon, Braga, or Coimbra (Hybrid -
